During my recent successful geocache, I walked by this house at 281 Sydney St here in Belleville. Whoever lives here is either just showing off his friends prowess or making these awesome metallic monsters himself. It is very reminiscent of the work I saw from Bill Lishman (think the giant dragon in Fly Away Home, that was real). Here are some pictures of what I saw. If you're interested, drop by his place and knock on the door. Find out for me if he's selling any of these crazy creatures. I wouldn't mind one or two of them for my front porch some day.
Some of these would look great out front on Halloween!!! Some are scary, others are artsy, and some are just plain goofy looking. All of them look like they took some real work to make them. My favourites are the spiders and the sword fish. The front of his house has a giant vine climber made out to look like a spider web complete with spider.
