My New Hero!

A short list of poeple I admire includes an athelete, a couple of comedians a metal artist that tought birds to fly and, a crazy old man who bought an apple computer and hitchhiked across the U.S. a few times with a guitar.

Thanks to this article that my sister Lesley has forwarded to me, I can now add Yuppy adventurer/childrens story teller to the list.

David de Rothschild is building a 60' catamaran entirely from reused and recycled water bottles, then he's sailing it from San Francisco California to Sydney Australia, and he's blaming Canadians.

I'll take the blame, no problem.  I want to crew on THAT BOAT! I may not have the knowledge to help build it but I can sure get behind the idea, I think it was MY idea.  Anyway, read up on the story and let me know what you think.

Recycling really floats his boat - http://www.theglobeandmail.com/servlet/story/RTGAM.20090403.wlplastiki03/EmailBNStory/lifeMain/
